Our qualified team of surveyors will visit your property and mark all boundaries, divide property lines, and land areas, check for underground pipes, electrical wiring, septic, wells, corroded soil and mulch more. Please note that this time frame is an estimation, and does not provide an exact date for completion. Inclement weather and other factors can delay the process. Thank you for your inquiry about your property survey. Boundary Survey Step 1 We can complete the full boundary survey for $1580. comes with a 2% discount . This price includes steel permanent corner markers; either finding ones that exist or installing new ones where possible. The boundary survey also includes an electronic PDF file of the survey drawing that shows boundary lines, encroachments, easements, and all major improvements. Paper copies are available upon request. Documents will be emailed to your address upon completion. Property Line Staking [Optional] Step-2 We can complete a full property line staking (left, right and rear) for $1450.00. (Additional fee you should only pay, if you need us to put wooden stakes every 20-30 feet along your property lines on the three sides.) Please be aware that we need to complete the boundary survey first and resolve your boundaries before we can proceed to property line staking. We are also available to complete other tasks not included in the above price, like: Topographic survey Showing location of visible utilities, Trees (location, sizes, hardwood or pine) Construction site plan Demolition plan Legal descriptions Construction staking to locate the new construction FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate, "AS-Built" survey or any other survey related task Looking forward to working with you and making you a happy customer.
